Rick Watson left a twelve year career in the finance industry, the last two as a Private Banker at the Bank of America, to pursue his love of coaching. As in his financial career, he continues to work with individuals who have experienced a high degree of success in their personal and professional lives. As a certified Integral Coach, Rick's coaching programs incorporate the client's business and personal life, recreational interests, preferred learning patterns and other areas of interest. This flexibility in plan design creates maximum learning opportunities, while acknowledging today's busy lifestyles. A 2nd degree black belt and instructor of Aikido, he draws on his Aikido practice to supplement the somatic work in coaching. Rick lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife Suzanne and two daughters, Annie and Josie, who share their world with him everyday. He is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound where he received a degree in Economics, with Minors in Mathematics and Political Science. He received his Masters in Business Administration at Portland State University.
